Never more than 4 hours at a time, and always ensure to never leave the room with a candle lit, or to have pets or children near unattended.

Customized candles take 2-5 days to ship, and in stock candles take 1-2 days.
The fragrance oils are from local companies on Vancouver Island and in BC. The essential oils are from Ontario. We try our best to source as local as possible.
To ensure a smooth and even burn, remove the larger crystals prior to burning. The small chip crystals won't affect the melt pool. Rinse the crystals in warm water and hand soap to remove any remaining wax.
We put the crystal jewlery inside as small ziplock bag, and then in another small ziplock bag to ensure no wax gets inside. It is then covered in tin foil to keep the heat from the flame away.
